Xennial Girl is a home for women raised on mixtapes, dial-up, and dreams that didn’t expire at 40.
Part nostalgia trip, part reinvention guide — Xennial Girl celebrates the messy, meaningful middle.
Whether you’re rediscovering your creativity, reclaiming your body, or just trying to remember the last time you felt alive-alive, you’re in the right place.
A little vintage.
A little internet.
We love clean design, clever words, and cozy chaos.
We’re drawn to denim over sequins, playlists over algorithms, and conversations that last longer than a story slide.
I built Xennial Girl as a love letter to the women who grew up like me: half-analog dreamer, half- digital creator. Just trying to make sense of midlife without losing their spark.
I’ve spent years building businesses, raising kids, chasing balance, and collecting proof that we’re not too old to start over (again).
When I’m not writing or coaching, you’ll probably find me at my coffee shop, talking to my alpacas, or starting another project I swore I’d “wait until next season” to launch.
Welcome home, Xennial Girl.
You’re right on time.
